- Leading and developing a team of 50+ RNs and LPNs
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and high standards of care
- Supporting and executing strategic growth and business initiatives
- Collaborating with executive leadership on performance metrics and improvement plans
- Recruiting, retaining, and developing clinical talent
- Stepping in to cover clinical shifts or operations as needed
What You’ll Need to Be Considered:
- Active RN license in the state of Alabama
- Demonstrated success in healthcare leadership or operations
- Deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and home care compliance
