Our client is seeking a dynamic Controller / ERP Implementation Consultant to spearhead client ERP configurations while also providing light in-house accounting support. This hybrid role blends strategic financial expertise with the power to transform how small and mid-sized manufacturing companies run.

Compensation
$130,000 – $150,000 salary for direct hire
OR $75 – $85/hour for consulting
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end implementations and configurations of Microsoft Business Central for manufacturing clients
Customize accounting modules within ERP based on unique client operations
Advise clients on GAAP-compliant setups and financial workflows
Translate complex cost accounting needs into efficient ERP processes
Collaborate onsite with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
Maintaininternal books (approx. 10% of the role)
Build scalable ERP implementation playbooks for future reuse
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Be able to do the job as described.
Proven success implementing/configuring Microsoft Business Central (or Navision)
Deep understanding of cost accounting in a manufacturing context
Ability to architect ERP solutions grounded in GAAP principles
Excel power user with ability to manipulate large datasets
Comfortable working directly with executives and clients
Willingness to be onsite in Irondale, AL for collaboration-heavy phases
