Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary (DOE) with ~30% overtime opportunity and per diem approximately $150/day (~$54,750 annually)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage customer contracts, subcontracts, and joint venture agreements from draft through execution
  • Partner with field teams, project management, legal, and operations to ensure contract alignment
  • Maintain organized contract documentation including terms, deadlines, and obligations
  • Facilitate contract meetings, track action items, and ensure milestones are met
  • Support project invoicing and related documentation workflows
  • Monitor contractor performance, goals, and project deliverables
  • Support special projects and contract administration activities
