What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage high-volume business-to-business collections activity
- Build relationships with customers to resolve outstanding invoices
- Research and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues
- Process payments and account adjustments accurately
- Communicate regularly with internal teams to coordinate billing or credit matters
- Assist with credit reviews and customer account setups
- Support other credit team members as needed
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
