Are you passionate about coding and solving complex technical puzzles? Our client is seeking a hands-on Systems Analyst to design, optimize, and support mission-critical logistics platforms. This role offers the chance to directly impact operations, data accuracy, and the efficiency of a fast-growing logistics network, bridging systems and real-world operations in meaningful ways.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and workflow diagrams
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide Tier-2/3 support
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
