What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day‑to‑day onsite IT operations and act as the primary technical escalation point
- Provide Tier 2 support across servers, networks, security, and end‑user systems
- Coach, mentor, and guide a small onsite support team to meet SLAs
- Manage Windows Server environments, backups, virtualization, and Azure resources
- Oversee networking, firewall, VPN, and wireless troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and work instructions
- Partner closely with client stakeholders and internal leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Experience leading onsite technical teams in a client-facing environment
- Hands‑on expertise with Windows Server, Hyper‑V, and Azure
- Working knowledge of Fortinet, Meraki, Unifi, and VPN technologies
- Ability to script or automate tasks using PowerShell
- Experience supporting enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Active technical certifications across Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco, or Fortinet
