What You'll Be Doing
Support warehouse, operations, and distribution users onsite.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and system issues.
Learn and support Acumatica ERP and Dakota WMS.
Back up the lead ERP systems administrator.
Help maintain system reliability and improve processes.
What You'll Need to be Considered
Be able to do the job as described.
Ability to work onsite in Birmingham, AL, five days a week.
Strong communication skills and comfort supporting warehouse users.
Stable work history and interest in a long-term career.
ERP, WMS, SQL, PowerShell, or IT certifications are a plus.
