Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze operating expenses and identify key cost drivers across assets
- Perform variance analysis and explain fluctuations period-over-period
- Partner with field and operations teams to translate activity into financials
- Support accruals, reconciliations, and monthly close activities
- Work within a SOX-compliant environment including audit support
- Improve reporting through automation, BI tools, and advanced Excel

- Strong background in cost/operational or field-driven accounting environments
