Our client is seeking a Senior Subcontracts Specialist to play a critical role in the successful delivery of major EPC projects across power generation, renewable energy, battery storage, data centers, transmission, and industrial infrastructure. Compensation: $115,000+ annually, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer customer contracts, subcontracts, consulting agreements, purchase agreements, and vendor contracts
- Support EPC projects across power, renewables, BESS, data centers, transmission, substations, and industrial infrastructure
- Manage contract documentation, compliance, changes, claims, and commercial risks
- Support change order processes and commercial negotiations
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Project Management, Operations, Finance, and leadership
- Monitor contractual obligations and resolve commercial issues
- Maintain accurate records within contract management and ERP systems
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong EPC/construction contract administration and subcontract knowledge
- Experience with change orders and commercial risk management
- Familiarity with Design-Build, Lump Sum/Cost-Reimbursable contracts, or MSAs
- Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, contract management systems, and ERP platforms
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
