This role sits at the heart of financial strategy—partnering with executive leadership to optimize pricing, reimbursement, and profitability across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead revenue integrity and decision support strategy across hospital operations
- Analyze payor performance, pricing, and reimbursement trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, and monthly variance analysis
- Develop data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data across Epic/Soarian and reporting systems
- Identify opportunities tied to ROI, case mix, and revenue optimization
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and clinical leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Experience in hospital-based financial analytics, decision support, or revenue integrity
- Strong understanding of payor behavior, reimbursement strategy, and healthcare financial performance
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Proven ability to independently analyze data and uncover financial insights
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and executive financial reporting
This role is NOT focused on billing, collections, or traditional revenue cycle operations.
