Our client is looking for a rare hybrid: someone who can attract great inside sales talent and tell the story that makes them want to join. You’ll shape the candidate experience, elevate employer brand, and create content that drives awareness and website traffic—helping the business grow from the inside out.

Compensation: $60-70K DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Run full-cycle recruiting for inside sales roles in the logistics industry
- Create and manage job posts across job boards, social platforms, and the website
- Source candidates, screen talent, and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers on role needs, pipelines, and hiring priorities
- Maintain ATS records, recruiting activity, and key metrics
- Create social content: open roles, culture moments, employee spotlights, events
- Support blogs, website updates, and digital initiatives to boost traffic and engagement
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Comfortable recruiting for inside sales in the logistics space (or adjacent)
- Confident creating and publishing social content, including on-site capture
- Ability to write/edit blog content tied to hiring, culture, and industry topics
- Working knowledge of SEO, website traffic, and digital marketing basics
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media tools
- Willing to visit the office regularly for meetings, events, and content
What will set you apart
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, HR or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, marketing, or a blended role (logistics or inside sales a plus!)
