Our client is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Recruiter to support production hiring across multiple sites. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR to attract top talent for hourly production positions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the workforce, implementing creative sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and managers alike.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Source and attract candidates through social networking, direct sourcing, and employee referrals
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and guide selection
  • Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate onsite assessments
  • Manage job postings across ATS and job boards
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and recommend qualified talent in advance of need
  • Support offer process, salary recommendations, background checks, and onboarding
  • Represent the client brand and ensure a positive candidate experience

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Experience recruiting in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Skilled in sourcing passive candidates and using creative recruiting methods
  • Proficient in job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (Kenexa/BrassRing preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
