What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyze spend, usage, and market data across all locations to uncover savings opportunities
- Standardize purchasing workflows, approval hierarchies, and requisition processes org-wide
- Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and RFP/RFQ processes for best pricing and terms
- Own configuration and management of a centralized procure-to-pay (P2P) platform
- Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and GPOs
- Integrate new practices/acquisitions into centralized procurement
- Track and report cost savings, rebates, and contract compliance to leadership
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- Medical industry experience required
- Hands-on ownership of the entire purchasing process across multiple locations — not a delegate-and-oversee role
- Demonstrated success managing an e-procurement system across multiple sites
