What You’ll Be Doing
- Establish and maintain billing schedules in coordination with project managers
- Prepare and submit accurate client invoices on time
- Review and allocate consultant, engineering, and vendor invoices to projects
- Monitor job costs and ensure alignment with project budgets
- Process client payments and maintain financial records
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain data integrity
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of job cost accounting, project billing processes, and percentage of completion accounting
- 3+ years of project accounting in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage, QuickBooks, or Deltek preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills
