Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to take ownership of end-to-end manufacturing operations and help shape the future of a growing production environment. This is a pivotal leadership role where your decisions directly impact workflow efficiency, safety, and the ability to deliver critical products nationwide. You’ll balance strategic planning with real-time execution on the manufacturing floor, stepping into increasing operational ownership as the business evolves.

Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing daily manufacturing operations and full production flow
- Flexing labor and workflows based on incoming orders and volume changes
- Leading and supporting shop-floor employees with a strong safety focus
- Making real-time production decisions to keep work moving efficiently
- Managing staffing alignment, accountability, and disciplinary actions when needed

- Experience flexing production or staffing based on changing demand
