Compensation
- $60,000 - 75,000 annually
What You'll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle, multi-state payroll, including variable comp and garnishments
- File payroll taxes and set up new states as the company expands
- Administer benefits through Employee Navigator and support Open Enrollment
- Support year-end W-2, ACA, Form 5500, and 8955 processes
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding from start to finish
- Manage workers' comp claims and I-9/E-Verify compliance
- Plan employee celebrations and engagement activities
What You'll Need to be Considered
- ADP Workforce experience (preferred)
- Employee Navigator experience (preferred)
- Benefits administration/HR support experience (preferred)
- Self-starter ready to own payroll without a large team
