What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare payroll-related and other journal entries during month-end close
- Reconcile accounts, research variances, and propose corrections
- Support invoicing and recurring accounting processes
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and financial analysis for leadership
- Partner with team members and internal departments on accounting needs
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Strong understanding of general ledger activity, debits/credits, and reconciliations
- Ability to handle payroll-related journal entries
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced Excel skills
- UKG or PeopleSoft experience is a plus
