Compensation

$22–$23/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support post-sale order workflows from handoff through completion
  • Process orders, update documentation, and track project details
  • Coordinate with sales reps, project leaders, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor multi-step workflows to ensure accuracy and follow-through
  • Flag missing information, clarify details, and catch issues early
  • Learn internal project software used for order processing and project tracking
  • Float between teams while adapting to changing priorities and work styles

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with highly process-driven work
  • Ability to follow procedures while taking ownership of accuracy
  • Confidence to ask questions, clarify details, and flag issues when something seems off
  • Comfort managing details across multiple people, projects, and deadlines
  • Experience in order processing, project support, operations, logistics, procurement, or inside sales support
  • Government contract, VA, regulated industry, or commercial furniture exposure is a strong plus
