Compensation
$50,000 – $60,000 DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate RFQ/RFP and qualification submissions, including writing, editing, and assembling content
- Maintain project portfolios, staff bios, image libraries, and branded marketing materials
- Track sales notes, pipeline updates, client interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM
- Prepare presentations, interview materials, and leave-behinds for business development pursuits
- Manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Draft and edit website content, newsletters, and award submissions
- Support events, speaking engagements, conference participation, and marketing deadlines
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Experience coordinating proposals, RFQs, RFPs, or qualification submissions
- Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills
- Comfort managing deadlines, calendars, and business development activity
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or Dreamweaver
- Ability to communicate clearly with firm leaders, managers, administration, and staff
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities independently
