As the OEM Business Manager you’ll influence OEM roadmaps, earn material specifications into future vehicle programs, and drive profitable growth through high-impact partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own key OEM and Tier 1 relationships and account strategy in the heavy‑duty truck/transportation space
- Drive material specification into future vehicle programs and design cycles
- Lead OEM programs from concept through launch, ensuring commercial success
- Negotiate pricing, commercial agreements, and margin targets
- Lead cross‑functional teams in a matrix environment (Engineering, R&D, Quality, Ops)
- Present technical and commercial value to engineering, design, procurement, and executive audiences
- Track program progress and commercial performance using CRM and reporting tools
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Ability to influence OEM design cycles, sourcing decisions, and material specs
- Experience owning Tier 1 relationships, commercial agreements, and launches
- Confidence leading cross‑functional teams without direct authority
- Strong pricing, negotiation, and margin management capability
- Comfort presenting to technical and executive stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly
