Compensation
$130 -$150K based on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and mentor a high-performing network engineering and administration team
- Oversee enterprise network operations while meeting SLAs and performance standards
- Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and operational standards
- Drive disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
- Partner with security teams to support cybersecurity initiatives
- Manage vendors, contracts, and enterprise agreements
- Plan and execute short- and long-term infrastructure projects
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Deep expertise with enterprise networking (Cisco Nexus, WAN, BGP/OSPF)
- Experience with Aruba, Palo Alto, and network automation tools
- Strong knowledge of cloud and virtual networking (Azure, AWS, VMware NSX)
- Familiarity with OT security models and industrial network environments
- Proven ability to lead teams in complex, global IT environments
