What You’ll Be Doing
- Follow up with calls to courts and review court websites for service information
- Sort and distribute mail for the legal department, including document organization for scanning
- Process and mail firm letters accurately and efficiently
- Assist with data entry, scanning, and document filing
- Support other duties as assigned by the Legal Operations Manager
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Be able to do the job as described
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal admin or legal support experience, ideally in creditors’ rights
- Strong Excel and Outlook skills; Alacourt and Pacer experience preferred
- Process-focused and detail-oriented mindset
