Compensation
£35-£45 per hour based on experience and qualifications
What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and resolve audio/video, networking, automation, security, and smart technology issues
- Manage 1-5 service calls daily throughout the Birmingham area
- Perform onsite and remote diagnostics to identify root causes
- Lead service calls and provide guidance to junior technicians
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support
- Recommend system improvements and preventative maintenance solutions
- Maintain accurate service documentation and project updates
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Ability to independently manage service calls and troubleshoot complex technology systems
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with AV integration, automation, networking, security, or related technologies
- Ability to read schematics, floor plans, and technical documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple service requests
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
