Our client is seeking a hands-on Lead Integration Engineer to drive end-to-end execution of complex integration initiatives tied to acquisitions. This role sits at the center of technical delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, resolving high-priority issues, and ensuring seamless sequencing and execution across environments. You will act as both a technical authority and operational leader, directly influencing how newly acquired organizations are integrated into the enterprise ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading integration execution across acquisition environments and workstreams.
- Serving as technical lead and pod coordinator across infrastructure and application teams.
- Driving prioritization, sequencing, and resolution of technical issues.
- Partnering with IT leadership, IMO/TMO, and internal SMEs.
- Supporting identity, email, AD, cloud, and hybrid environment integrations.
- Participating in go-lives and occasional travel as needed.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure, networks, systems, and cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of identity, email systems, and hybrid Active Directory environments.
- Ability to operate in M&A or complex integration-heavy environments (preferred).
- Strong communication skills with ability to drive execution across teams.
- Willingness to operate in high-urgency, “all hands on deck” environments with occasional extended hours.
