Compensation
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead capital expenditure forecasting, reporting, and budgeting
- Support FP&A efforts across business units in North America, Mexico, and expanding Asia-Pacific operations
- Present analysis and insights directly to senior leadership
- Contribute to growing balance sheet analysis responsibilities
- Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations
- Partner closely with a manager and one other team member
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Solid grasp of GAAP fundamentals across the P&L and balance sheet
- Comfort with presenting and communicating directly with executives
- Highly self-sufficient with strong ownership of your own deadlines
