Compensation
Pay: $45,000 – $65,000 DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing basic IT support to staff, including troubleshooting Windows issues (e.g., microphone or monitor setups).
- Assisting with onboarding new staff by setting up laptops and docking stations.
- Updating documentation and performing occasional data entry tasks.
- Managing and shipping equipment as needed.
- Ensuring under‑desk wiring is organized and efficient.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 2+ years of relevant experience in an IT support role or similar
- Experience supporting Microsoft products.
- A positive, approachable presence with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A strong desire to learn and contribute to a growing team.
