Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide first and second-level IT support.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune environments.
  • Configure and deploy laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Deliver onsite and remote support to employees.
  • Maintain ticket documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Create an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Experience supporting Azure Active Directory authentication and user management.
  • Ability to support cloud-based applications.
  • ITSM and ITIL experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
  • Ability to manage tickets, calls, and chats simultaneously.
