Our client is looking for a systems-minded problem solver to own and elevate the Dispatch Science Transportation Management System. This Systems Analyst sits at the center of operations, technology, and customer experience—ensuring the platform runs cleanly, accurately, and reliably while directly impacting service quality, scalability, and contractual success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Administer and maintain the Dispatch Science TMS, including users, permissions, and configurations
  • Manage customer onboarding, offboarding, and system setups
  • Own support tickets from intake through resolution and documentation
  • Configure and maintain customer pricing, rating rules, workflows, and automations
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and contract alignment
  • Create and maintain clear system and customer configuration documentation
  • Manage asset and inventory records using Sortly

What You’ll Need to Be Considered:

  • Hands-on experience supporting or administering a TMS, CRM, or similar enterprise system
  • Demonstrated strength in data integrity, audits, and configuration management
  • Ability to document complex system logic in a clear, usable way
  • Experience owning ticket workflows and coordinating issue resolution
  • Comfort working with customer-specific pricing logic, scripts, or automations
