Compensation
Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000, plus bonus
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the full lifecycle of indirect tax compliance, ensuring accuracy and consistency as the business grows
- Review and analyze sales, use, and property tax data and filings
- Oversee business licenses, renewals, and payment vouchers
- Manage exemption certificates and indirect tax data
- Prepare reconciliations and journal entries for indirect tax accounts
- Support audits through documentation, schedules, and coordination
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Experience managing indirect tax across multiple jurisdictions
- Hands-on leadership of a small tax team
- Working knowledge of tax software
- Exposure to property tax, sales & use tax and business licensing compliance
- Background supporting tax audits and special tax projects
