Compensation
$45-52K DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support employee onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and orientation coordination
- Manage offboarding processes, including final pay, benefits wrap‑up, and exit documentation
- Facilitate benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefit questions
- Maintain accurate employee records within payroll and HR systems
- Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and the DOT consultant to ensure compliance documentation is completed
- Manage company asset tracking for insurance coverage and annual renewals
- Collaborate with accounting to validate monthly payroll general ledger balances
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Experience working with payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / Microsoft 365
- Ability to manage DOT compliance documentation and coordination
- Experience tracking company assets for insurance and renewals
- Comfort handling confidential employee and payroll data
