Compensation

$45-52K DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support employee onboarding, including documentation, system setup, and orientation coordination
  • Manage offboarding processes, including final pay, benefits wrap‑up, and exit documentation
  • Facilitate benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefit questions
  • Maintain accurate employee records within payroll and HR systems
  • Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and the DOT consultant to ensure compliance documentation is completed
  • Manage company asset tracking for insurance coverage and annual renewals
  • Collaborate with accounting to validate monthly payroll general ledger balances

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Experience working with payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Microsoft 365
  • Ability to manage DOT compliance documentation and coordination
  • Experience tracking company assets for insurance and renewals
  • Comfort handling confidential employee and payroll data
