Our client is seeking a strategic FP&A professional to help shape financial planning and business performance across a dynamic, multi-office organization.

This role will turn complex project, labor, and financial data into actionable insights that directly influence profitability, staffing, growth, and long-term strategic decisions.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting across multiple offices
  • Develop forecasts for revenue, utilization, project profitability, and cash flow
  • Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis for leadership
  • Perform variance analysis and identify opportunities for corrective action
  • Build financial models supporting pricing, staffing, headcount, and resource decisions
  • Develop long-range financial plans supporting growth and expansion initiatives
  • Enhance financial models and reporting processes
  • What You’ll Need to be Considered
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field
  • Advanced Excel financial modeling skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • CPA or CMA required
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI/reporting platforms
