Compensation
- $25–$30/hour
- Contract through year-end
What You’ll Be Doing
- Pulling and analyzing Dayforce reports that guide People & Culture decisions
- Keeping employee data in Dayforce accurate and complete
- Supporting reporting, data entry, and process documentation
- Helping streamline processes, including testing AI-driven tools
- Organizing files and records in OneDrive and Office
- Tackling ad hoc projects and data requests
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Hands-on Dayforce experience running reports and managing employee data (similar platforms won’t substitute)
- Background supporting an HR or People & Culture team
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
- Curiosity about AI tools and smarter workflows
- Availability for a short-term contract through year-end
