Compensation

$70,000 – $85,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead accounts receivable and oversee the credit department
  • Drive reduction in DSO and stabilize collections performance
  • Perform both leadership and hands-on credit/collections work
  • Assess team strengths and implement improvements
  • Develop and deliver internal training programs
  • Build relationships across branches, sales teams, and customers
  • Introducing technology and process improvements to increase efficiency

Qualifications

  • 8 years of AR/Collections & Credit experience
  • 1+ years in leadership role
  • Experience working with liens or construction background required
  • Proven ability to build or redesign credit policies and procedures
  • Ability to balance firm collections with strong relationship management
  • Demonstrated success developing and training teams
