Compensation
- Up to $125,000 base salary
- 10% annual bonus opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead all credit, collections, and accounts receivable operations
- Drive credit risk assessments and collection strategies
- Monitor DSO, KPIs, bad debt reserves, and AR reporting
- Develop and mentor a growing collections organization
- Oversee dispute resolution and bankruptcy processes
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to balance customer relationships and collections performance
- Support a large-scale acquisition integration and department expansion
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Experience leading credit, collections, or AR teams through growth or transformation
- Strong financial analysis skills with ownership of DSO and performance metrics
- SAP experience highly preferred
- Experience managing distributed or near-shore teams
- Commercial credit and collections expertise within a large organization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
