Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain labor rates tied to contracts, projects, and ERP workflows
  • Review and correct labor-related entries to support reporting and payroll accuracy
  • Create and update reports used for payroll, labor allocation, and audit support
  • Partner with payroll and operations on labor-related questions and discrepancies
  • Support time-based and project-based labor processes
  • Work within existing workflow tools and help improve manual processes
  • Assist with recurring updates and high-volume labor administration

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Understand how labor rates connect to contracts, projects, and ERP systems
  • Be comfortable supporting audit documentation and labor-related reporting
  • Familiarity with JD Edwards is preferred
  • Exposure to workflow/automation tools such as Alteryx or Smartsheet is a plus
