What You'll Be Doing
- Troubleshoot and repair secure card printing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and print system issues.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors on equipment support.
- Monitor production systems and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain shift reports and operational documentation.
- Support server restarts and production recovery as needed.
What You'll Need to be Considered
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware and print equipment.
- Ability to methodically replicate and diagnose technical issues.
- Comfortable working directly with third-party vendors.
- Basic Excel skills for operational reporting.
- Ability to work the required hybrid on-site schedule.
- Experience with secure card printing, regulated data (PHI/PII), or Entrust printers is a plus.
