Our client is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation & Payroll Supervisor to lead the oversight of payroll and compensation programs for their organization. This role ensures timely and accurate payroll processing while shaping competitive compensation structures that attract and retain top talent. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage compensation structures and job grading systems
- Conduct market analyses and administer merit increases and bonuses
- Supervise Payroll Administrator and serve as escalation point for complex issues
- Lead audits and prepare payroll/compensation reports for executives
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Experience with enterprise payroll/compensation systems (UKG, ADP, AX)
- Strong skillset in Excel and compensation databases
- Ability to work with strong personalities and interface with executives
- Highly organized, adaptable, and professional
