Compensation

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support post-sale order workflows from handoff through completion
- Process orders, update documentation, and track project details
- Coordinate with sales reps, project leaders, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor multi-step workflows to ensure accuracy and follow-through
- Flag missing information, clarify details, and catch issues early
- Learn internal project software used for order processing and project tracking
- Float between teams while adapting to changing priorities and work styles
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with highly process-driven work
- Ability to follow procedures while taking ownership of accuracy
- Confidence to ask questions, clarify details, and flag issues when something seems off
- Comfort managing details across multiple people, projects, and deadlines
- Experience in order processing, project support, operations, logistics, procurement, or inside sales support
- Government contract, VA, regulated industry, or commercial furniture exposure is a strong plus
