Compensation

Salary: $55,000 – $70,000, depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

Maintain and reconcile financial records

Prepare and organize client financial data for reporting

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines

Assist with tax-related financial documentation

Ensure accuracy and consistency across all client records

What You’ll Need to be Considered

Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel required

Prior CPA firm or multi-entity accounting experience

5+ years of high-volume accounting or bookkeeping experience

Exposure to tax preparation processes

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Highly professional
