What You’ll Be Doing- Re-engineer manual, spreadsheet-heavy workflows into scalable technical systems
- Design and maintain a unified framework for company-wide processes and documentation
- Partner with department leaders to uncover inefficiencies and engineer better solutions
- Map processes, create technical documentation, and deliver internal training
- Lead deep-dive investigations into operational breakdowns and fix root causes
- Proven experience in process engineering or technical business analysis
- Ability to navigate tough conversations and gain buy-in across teams
- Strong technical writing and process-mapping capability
- Comfort working without a team initially and doing hands-on work
