Business Development professionals at ITAC Solutions will gain appointments with decision-makers to discuss ITAC's staffing services, including temporary, full-time, and direct hire placements. This position involves working with clients who purchase staffing services (contract/temporary and direct hire) across various roles such as customer support, administration, marketing, human resources, and sales.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Connecting with professionals to expand your network
- Building relationships with hiring managers needing staffing solutions for short-term, seasonal, or full-time roles
- Understanding client organizations and their staffing needs
- Generating new business, acquiring new clients, reactivating dormant accounts, and expanding existing relationships
- Collaborating with account managers to leverage relationships and explore new verticals such as technology, engineering, or accounting
- Logging daily activities into ITAC's CRM, Bullhorn, with accurate and current records
Requirements for consideration:
- At least 2 years of outside sales experience, with a focus on developing new relationships and maintaining existing ones. Experience selling professional services or human capital software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your schedule effectively.
- Reliable personal transportation and a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including criminal background, credit, drug, and education verification, as applicable.
