What You’ll Be Doing
Translate business initiatives into epics, features, and user stories
Write detailed acceptance criteria and functional requirements
Document business rules, risks, dependencies, and success metrics
Map customer journeys and operational workflows
Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and business stakeholders
Support backlog prioritization by evaluating business value and impact
Deliver complete, actionable requirements for development teams
What You’ll Need to be Considered
Experience supporting B2B or B2C eCommerce platforms
Expertise creating epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ability to map customer journeys and optimize operational workflows
Experience supporting Agile backlog refinement and sprint planning
Strong stakeholder facilitation and cross‑functional communication
Ability to evaluate business value, dependencies, and feature prioritization
