Compensation
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage accounts payable entries and accounts receivable cash receipts
- Set up and update projects within the ERP system
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll and AP/subcontractor review
- Generate AR reports and assist with monthly billing
- Complete monthly bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Handle miscellaneous accounting tasks such as labor moves and invoice corrections
- Support year-end reporting, reconciliations, and financial reviews
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 4+ years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly and team-oriented
- Architecture, construction, or engineering industry background highly preferred
