Compensation
- $19.00–$20.00/hour, based on relevant experience or bilingual Spanish ability
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound collection calls and answering inbound customer calls
- Helping customers with basic escrow and insurance questions
- De‑scaling and resolving difficult customer situations
- Processing automated payments and customer paperwork
- Supporting servicing team goals around delinquency and correspondence turnaround
- Updating internal systems with all customer contact details
- Acting as a value-added teammate across the servicing group
What You’ll Need to Be Considered
- Strong Customer Service background
- Strong experience on the phone
- Basic computer skills
- Comfortable working on-site during initial training/probationary period before transitioning to hybrid
