Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage Social Security Disability cases from intake through resolution.
- Represent clients in hearings and appeals.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Communicate with clients and provide ongoing case updates.
- Independently manage a high-volume caseload.
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- J.D. and active U.S. State Bar license in good standing.
- Social Security Disability experience or a willingness to transition into this practice area from another area of law.
- Strong client advocacy skills and a passion for achieving meaningful results.
