Compensation
$70‑85K, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage end-to-end accounts payable operations across multiple spend categories
- Oversee corporate card activity, reimbursements, vendor payments, and approvals
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Support month‑end close activities including accruals and reconciliations
- Maintain vendor records, compliance documentation, and payment controls
- Partner with internal teams to improve spending visibility and accountability
- Identify and help implement process improvements and automation opportunities
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable within a fast‑moving environment
- Hands‑on experience with modern spend or AP platforms (Ramp or similar) highly preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Excel
- Full cycle AP function end‑to‑end experience
- Experience with vendor setup, W‑9 collection, and 1099 compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, not required
