Compensation
$25/hr+ Will consider higher pay for a strong fit
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing AP, reconciling vendor tickets, and handling fuel bill invoices
- Preparing daily production reports and supporting month-end close
- Filing monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns across multiple states
- Overseeing fleet regulatory filings (IRP, IFTA, UCR, MCS-150, tag renewals)
- Managing business licenses, 2290 filings, and insurance renewals
- Supporting audits, assembling financial books, and posting journal entries
- Assisting with administrative needs such as mail, phones, and general office tasks
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- ERP experience, with JD Edwards strongly preferred
- Construction industry background
- Comfort with direct communication and urgency-driven culture
- Notary Public certification
