What You’ll Be Doing

  • Executing full-cycle payroll for a multi-state workforce.
  • Managing accounts receivable and collections, including complex invoicing and aging analysis.
  • Performing essential bank reconciliations and internal tax processing.
  • Utilizing advanced ERP and timekeeping systems for data integrity.
  • Handling specialized expense management and per diem tracking.
  • Supporting month-end close and internal financial reporting.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to validate new system procedures.
