What You’ll Be Doing
- Executing full-cycle payroll for a multi-state workforce.
- Managing accounts receivable and collections, including complex invoicing and aging analysis.
- Performing essential bank reconciliations and internal tax processing.
- Utilizing advanced ERP and timekeeping systems for data integrity.
- Handling specialized expense management and per diem tracking.
- Supporting month-end close and internal financial reporting.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to validate new system procedures.
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- Proficiency with ERP, preference to JD Edwards, Kronos, or Concur.
- Expertise in advanced Excel functions like pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Direct experience navigating multi-state payroll tax regulations.
