Our client is seeking an Accounting and Customer Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both the operational and financial backbone of a growing transportation business. Compensation
$60,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience
What You’ll Be Doing
- Onboard new customers and ensure required documentation is complete and accurate
- Manage recurring and one-time billing, including customer adjustments
- Oversee accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Perform AP/AR reconciliations with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage licensing, registrations, and required renewals
- Serve as a primary point of contact for billing and account-related questions
What You’ll Need to be Considered
- 3+ years of strong accounting support experience, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Advanced skillset in Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to balance accounting accuracy with customer service
- Experience in leasing, rental, transportation, or heavy equipment environments is a plus
