Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000 – 90,000 (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Use Revit daily to perform assigned documentation and design tasks utilizing all aspects of the software.
  • Assess, manage, and resolve issues related to highly complex architectural projects.
  • Perform detailed documentation for large-scale, complex projects.
  • Experienced in all phases/aspects of a building project.
  • Organize construction document sets through the life cycle.
  • Translate mark-ups into working drawings, and review them for completeness.
  • Perform thorough quality control checks of the construction document sets.

What You’ll Need to be Considered

  • Associate degree or Professional Degree in Drafting/Design/Architecture or equivalent experience or accreditation.
  • Minimum of 4 years of technical and construction document production experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit (required).
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of building codes, building systems, and Architectural codes.
  • Experience with coordinating multidisciplinary consultants such as MPE, BIM (Building Information Modeling), structural, and civil.
  • Working knowledge of A&E work standards, processes, and policies.
